For 46 years, Kathy has been a Singapore Girl loose in the world. She has lived in many countries, creating and leading many businesses and meeting many interesting friends, all while raising four children. Her work in advertising and hospitality has given her the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. Starting as a fashion stylist at HerWorld, her subsequent experience designing magazines such as SilverKris started her on the journey of content creation and storytelling with a purpose.

Kathy is a passionate advocate of compassionate and contemplative leadership. She has volunteered and worked in a diverse range of companies and organisations such as Ogilvy, Monster.com, Singapore Press Holdings, Straits Wine, YPO, and the Bukit Timah Saddle Club. She has been hailed as a tireless contributor to all causes and projects she takes on. Inner Leadership represents the culmination of these experiences, through which Kathy has found that one must understand one’s own strengths, biases, and indeed, one’s own soul. Such is the essence of mindfulness, which Kathy believes empowers leaders to inspire others, achieve greater mastery in their fields, and enrich their personal lives as family members and friends.

Through Inner Leadership, Kathy seeks to bring together the best practitioners and thought leaders in the field of mindfulness. In doing so, she hopes to extend the reach of their ideas to people everywhere in order to make a better world.
